Kevin Burke is a partner in the Firm's litigation practice group. Mr. Burke has extensive experience in the areas of business law and commercial litigation. He regularly counsels businesses and individuals on a variety of matters involving contract and warranty claims, intellectual property issues, fraudulent trade practices, construction disputes, mechanic's liens and other business related matters.  Mr. Burke frequently lectures on the topics of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. He also provides services in the areas of prelitigation strategic planning, counseling to businesses concerning methods of avoiding litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
