Charles D. Grieco is a Partner in the Firm's Environmental and Economic & Land Development practice groups.  Mr. Grieco concentrates his practice in environmental litigation, environmental compliance, land use planning/environmental review and municipal law.  His experience in the environmental and land use areas includes environmental cost recovery litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as counseling and representing clients with respect to zoning and environmental review procedures under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and National Environmental Policy Act.  Mr. Grieco also has extensive experience in general municipal law and is currently acting as attorney of record for the Village of Williamsville, New York.
