Dennis K. Schaeffer is a partner in the Firm's Litigation practice group.  Mr. Schaeffer has experience in a wide variety of litigated commercial disputes, including litigation involving contract disputes, unfair competition claims, disputes among owners of closely-held corporations, commercial lease disputes, energy litigation, intellectual property disputes, construction disputes, estates matters, creditors' rights, lender liability claims, products liability, personal injury defense, and insurance coverage disputes.
