Vincent O. Hanley Elected Chairman of Hilbert College Board of Trustees
Vincent O. Hanley, a partner in the Firm's Real Estate, Economic & Land Development, Business & Corporate and Financial Services practice groups, represents developers, lenders, and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions, development projects, leasing, easements & rights-of-way and real estate-related litigation. For more than twenty years, Mr. Hanley has represented clients in complex and unusual real estate transactions, as well as in real estate-related litigation, mortgage foreclosure actions, loan workouts, and commercial financing. Mr. Hanley has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting easements, rights-of-way, declarations of restrictive covenants, commercial leases (including ground leases), construction contracts, architects' agreements and other contracts related to commercial construction projects. In addition to his mortgage foreclosure experience, Mr. Hanley's litigation experience includes litigation concerning leases, easements, and contracts for the sale of real property, real property tax review proceedings, eminent domain proceedings, and zoning litigation.
