Paul A. Battaglia is a partner in the Firm's Tax practice group where he has engaged in tax practice for more than 35 years. He lectures frequently on tax law. He is presently an adjunct professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law where he teaches corporate tax law and exempt organizations.  He has also taught estate planning at the Law School.
