Erin M. Young is a paralegal in the Firm's Estates & Trusts, Real Estate and Tax practice groups. Ms. Young is responsible for estate administration, trust administration and compliance and preparation of federal and state fiduciary income tax returns. She is also responsible for preparing probate documents and accountings as well as filing documents with Surrogate's Court.

As part of the Firm's Real Estate practice group, Ms. Young attends residential sale closings and prepares commercial and residential documents including deeds, transfer tax forms, affidavits, etc. Ms. Young records all closing or transfer documents with the Clerk's office and deals with closings and filings in surrounding counties.
