Matthew R. Palmieri concentrates his practice in a wide array of matters in the field of commercial real estate, including the negotiation of contracts, acquisition, financing and development of real estate, historic tax credits, low income housing tax credit transactions, leasing, construction contracts, real estate-related litigation and examination of title.

Experience:

Prior to joining Jaeckle Fleischmann, Mr. Pamieri practiced at the Yots Law Firm, P.C., where he concentrated on real estate transactions and Historic Tax Credit projects.

While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Palmieri served as a Judicial Law Clerk for New York State Supreme Court Judge Hon. Joseph D. Valentino.  He also served as a Law Clerk and Program Administrator for People United for Sustainable Housing (PUSH Buffalo).  At PUSH, Mr. Palmieri aided in obtaining New York State non-profit tax exemptions, assisted in obtaining funding for affordable housing for residents in the City of Buffalo and served as Administrator of PUSH’s New York Main Street Grant, a program dedicated to providing financial resources and technical assistance to organizations that are committed to strengthening the economic vitality of traditional neighborhoods.
