Christopher N. Ollinick is an associate in the Firm's Tax, Economic & Land Development and Affordable Housing practice groups. Mr. Ollinick concentrates his practice in the areas of Federal and State income tax, sales and use tax, and other miscellaneous taxes and, in addition to general tax planning and consulting, specializes in structuring real estate joint ventures and low-income housing tax credit partnerships; forming and organizing tax-exempt entities; counseling corporate and tax exempt entities on governance, fundraising, compliance, and tax issues; and assisting entities in economic development planning.
