Based in New York City, Vincent P. Ravaschiere's practice focuses on providing general counsel services to tax-exempt entities, particularly those that engage in housing and other project development activities.  He assists clients in the development process, helping to formulate and implement the strategies necessary for the completion of their projects.  Mr. Ravaschiere also advises nonprofit boards on corporate governance and provides strategic advice to assist the leadership of these organizations in accomplishing their goals. Prior to joining Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, Mr. Ravaschiere served for 13 years as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to HELP USA, a national housing and human services organization.  He managed all aspects of the company's legal affairs, which included matters in corporate, tax, litigation, labor and employment, contracts, real estate, finance and government relations. Mr. Ravaschiere led HELP USA's national housing development program.  Under his direction, HELP USA developed its first projects outside of New York, in such diverse locations as Philadelphia, Houston and Las Vegas, as well as in Buffalo and New York City .  At the height of this effort, approximately $25 million in new development was underway in five different cities across the country.Mr. Ravaschiere is also Counsel to the Gordon Law Firm, a public policy and government relations firm with a national presence.

Mr. Ravaschiere was in private practice in New York City for nine years, representing clients in both litigation and corporate transactions, focusing on administrative and regulatory, environmental, and land use and real estate law; Consultant, U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development; Served on the Clinton/Gore Transition Team, Re-election Campaign of Governor Mario Cuomo and Campaign of Alan Hevesi for Comptroller of the City of New York.
