Ravaschiere's practice focuses on providing general counsel services to tax-exempt entities, particularly those that engage in housing and other project development activities. He assists clients in the development process, helping to formulate and implement the strategies necessary for the completion of their projects. Mr. Ravaschiere also advises nonprofit boards on corporate governance and provides strategic advice to assist the leadership of these organizations in accomplishing their goals. Prior to joining Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, Mr. Ravaschiere served for 13 years as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to HELP USA, a national housing and human services organization. He managed all aspects of the company's legal affairs, which included matters in corporate, tax, litigation, labor and employment, contracts, real estate, finance and government relations.
