Lynn N. Newman has been a paralegal in the Firm's Litigation practice group since 1989.  Ms. Newman has worked on a variety of commercial litigation cases, including anti-trust, libel, products liability, and breach of contract matters.  She also has served as the lead paralegal on several major trials, including a government liability case and a medical malpractice case.  She is experienced in all facets of trial preparation.

While her paralegal duties encompass all aspects of the litigation process from the initiation of an action to its conclusion, Ms. Newman specializes in the preparation of records on appeal and the cite checking of appellate briefs and memoranda of law.  She also coordinates process serving for attorneys throughout the Firm.
