Randall M. Odza
Randall M. Odza is a partner in the Firm's Labor and Employment practice group. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an associate in the New York office of Proskauer, Rose, Goetz and Mendelsohn. His practice includes representation of clients before administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Public Employment Relations Board, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Labor and before various state and local governmental administrative departments and agencies. In addition, he advises private and public sector clients with respect to all aspects of employment law. This includes, among others, advising clients with respect to the various federal and state anti-discrimination laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and similar state Laws, as well as state labor and employment laws and regulations, such as the Taylor Law, the National Labor Relations Act and the Public Employment Relations Act. He also represents clients in collective bargaining and contract administration issues. He has represented and counseled a wide variety of clients in various industries and in numerous locations in and out of the State of New York, including a prominent automobile manufacturer in Michigan. He has spoken extensively before various organizations and entities in and out of the Western New York area on a variety of employment law topics.
