Michael A. Piette is a member of the Firm's Real Estate practice group. His practice involves a wide variety of matters in the fields of commercial real estate, including transactions involving the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and exchange of commercial real estate, low income housing tax credit transactions. He has counseled lending institutions and commercial owners in sophisticated forms of financing. His practice also involves environmental and land use regulation matters, including brownfield redevelopment.
