Katherine H. McGuire is Administrator of the Firm's Intellectual Property practice group and is a partner in the Firm's Emerging Company practice group. She concentrates her practice on negotiating and preparing agreements relating to Intellectual Property including IP license, technical service, confidentiality and consulting agreements.  Ms. McGuire has experience in all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent procurement, infringement and validity analysis with an emphasis in mechanical arts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. McGuire served as Senior Patent Counsel to Bausch & Lomb Incorporated. She began her legal career in 1989 at the McGuire Law Offices in Syracuse, NY concentrating her practice in Patent and Trademark law.
