Jean C. Powers is a partner in the Firm's Real Estate practice group. She has represented developers, lenders and business entities in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial and industrial real property, and is the lead person in the Real Estate Department involved with bond financed transactions. She is very familiar with issues concerning title and leasing. A major portion of her practice is devoted to representing a developer of office complexes and industrial facilities.
