Paul C. Weaver is a partner in the Firm's Business and Corporate practice group. He was admitted to the Bar in 1961 after graduating from the University of Buffalo Law School. While in law school he was President of the Student Bar Association, a Law Review editor, and became a member of the Bisonhead Honor Society of the University of Buffalo. Since that time, he has been active in numerous committees and activities to benefit the law school, and is a past Director and President of the Law School Alumni Association. Mr. Weaver is a past President of the Bar Association of Erie County, and is currently a member of the County Bar Finance Committee, a director of the Aid to Indigent Prisoners Society, Inc. and Chair of the Erie County Bar Foundation Endowment Fund Committee.  He is also a past Director and past President of the Erie County Bar Foundation. Also active in the New York State Bar Association, he served ten years as a delegate to the House of Delegates, was a member of the State Bar Finance Committee  and has been a member of the State Bar Business Law Section since 1969.
