Mr. Donlon represents public and private companies in connection with securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities regulation and general corporate matters.  Mr. Donlon also provides legal counsel to health care providers and employers on health law and privacy/confidentiality issues.

Handled public and private securities offerings and general securities advice for real estate investment trusts; Participated as counsel to public and private companies in merger, acquisition and sale transactions, including stock purchases, asset purchases and mergers; Participated as counsel to senior management and boards of directors of public corporations on issues related to corporate governance, insider trading, periodic reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance and New York Stock, NASDAQ and American Stock Exchange listing requirements; Advised health care clients on compliance matters arising with respect to health care providers and patient care, including Federal and State health care regulatory law and privacy/confidentiality issues under HIPAA.
