In April, 2008, Mr. Halpern was a Visiting Professor of Law in Blagovgrad, Bulgaria, teaching American Legal System and American Corporate Law to students at the Neophyte Rilsky South-West University. To prepare for this position, he attended a week-long conference in Salzburg, Austria presented by the Center for International Legal Studies in January, 2008. According to Ralph, "This is a once in a lifetime experience. Not only to teach law but to teach U.S. law to foreign students in their own university and comfort zone.
