Vincent O. Hanley, a partner in the Firm's Real Estate, Economic & Land Development, Business & Corporate and Financial Services practice groups, represents developers, lenders, and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions, development projects, leasing, easements & rights-of-way and real estate-related litigation. For more than twenty years, Mr. Hanley has represented clients in complex and unusual real estate transactions, as well as in real estate-related litigation, mortgage foreclosure actions, loan workouts, and commercial financing. Mr. Hanley has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting easements, rights-of-way, declarations of restrictive covenants, commercial leases (including ground leases), construction contracts, architects' agreements and other contracts related to commercial construction projects.
