Vincent O. Hanley, a partner in the Firm's Business and Corporate, Economic & Land Development, Financial Services and Real Estate practice groups.  For more than eighteen years, Mr. Hanley has concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate, banking, litigation and environmental law. He represents developers, lenders and borrowers in commercial development projects and real estate related litigation.  His experience in the environmental area includes compliance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act, counseling lenders and other clients on site remediation and avoidance of liability in connection with contaminated real property, and removal of underground storage tanks. His real estate experience includes negotiation of contracts leases and restructive covenants.  His litigation experience includes leases, easements, contracts for the sale of real property, mortgage foreclosures, real property tax review proceedings, eminent domain proceedings, zoning matters, and commercial sale and lease transactions.
