Sean P. Beiter is Administrator of the Firm's Labor and Employment practice group. His practice includes the representation of employers in collective bargaining, contract administration and employment discrimination law. He has experience representing employers in both Federal and State Court practice, as well as experience before the National Labor Relations Board, the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Human Rights Division, in disciplinary proceedings, and in contract grievance arbitration. He has extensive collective bargaining negotiations experience in both the private and public sector including fact-finding and interest arbitration in the public sector. He has lectured or written on a number of topics, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Alcohol and Drug Testing and the New York State Human Rights Law.
