Mr. Brock is a partner in the Firm's Litigation practice group. For the past 35 years, Mr. Brock has been involved principally in the defense of personal injury and insurance-related litigation. He joined Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP in 1977 after five years as staff attorney at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. He has been a partner in the Firm's Litigation Practice Group since 1980. Mr. Brock's practice has included broad experience in toxic tort litigation, including asbestos and multiple chemical exposure cases. He practices extensively in the areas of product liability and premises liability litigation. In the area of automobile litigation, he has defended liability and no-fault cases for both insurance carriers and self-insureds, including utility, transit and waste disposal companies. He is state counsel to an international trade manufacturer as well as a major waste disposal company. In addition, he has served as a certified no-fault arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a certified Federal Court Mediator for the Western District of New York.
