Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Burkart was an Associate at Kavinoky Cook LLP where her practice focused on the representation of municipalities, corporations, and individuals in federal and state court and administrative tribunals in the areas of business and commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and all areas of general litigation.
