Suzanne A. Krycia is a paralegal in the Firm's Estates and Trusts practice group. She has approximately 30 years of paralegal experience in the areas of estate administration and probation, as well as preparation of adoption forms and management of testamentary trusts and family partnerships.  

 Education:

Canisius College (B.S., Finance, 1977); Certified by the Internal Revenue Service as Enrolled Agent (1988); State University of New York at Buffalo School of Management, IRS Tax Practitioners Seminar (1996-2002)

Experience:

Ms. Krycia is proficient in the preparation of tax returns, including individual, fiduciary, estate, gift tax, partnership, employment, disability and Florida Intangible returns.   She also has experience in the preparation of adoption forms.

Ms. Krycia is well-versed in estate administration, including preparation of all probate forms as well as creation of final estate accounting statements.  Her testamentary trust and family partnership management experience includes collection and distribution and income, preparation of beneficiary and trustee income statements, and maintaining ongoing financial reporting statements.
