ViewMilena Vorndran is a paralegal in the Firm's Intellectual Property practice group.  Ms. Vorndran is responsible for trademark administration and record keeping, as well as assisting on trademark and unfair competition matters, including:
  • Conducting preliminary trademark searches;
  • Preparing and filing of trademark applications and other formal documents with U.S. and foreign trademark offices;
  • Assisting with U.S. and international trademark prosecution, including responding to Official Actions, opposition and cancellation proceedings and preparing supporting documentation;
  • Drafting correspondence with trademark counsel and clients, both foreign and domestic;
  • Maintaining the records of the Firm's trademark docketing system;
  • Assisting with trademark and unfair competition litigation; and
  • Assisting in policing of trademarks
