William Chen is an associate in the Firm's Litigation practice group.  He has experience in all phases of litigation including preparing pleadings and discovery demands, conducting EBTs and preparing memoranda of law submitted to Federal and New York State courts. Mr. Chen's background also includes advising on general corporate and legal issues confronting businesses, such as review of contracts, incorporating new businesses, employment agreements, bylaws, buying sell agreements; employment and wage issues; and compliance with applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
