Beverley Braun And Michael Nisengard Join Jaeckle Fleischmann

BUFFALO, NEWYORK - Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a law firm with offices in Buffalo, Amherst and Rochester, New York, and Phoenix, Arizona, is pleased to announce that Beverley S. Braun and Michael L. Nisengard have joined the Firm as associates. Ms. Brancatella and Ms. Braun will practice from the Firm's Buffalo office. Mr. Nisengard will practice from the Firm's Amherst office.
           
Ms. Braun attended the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School where she received her J.D., magna cum laude.  Ms. Braun is a 2007 recipient of the Judge Matthew J. Jasen Appellate Practice Award, Robert J. Connelly Trial Technique Award and the University at Buffalo Law School Faculty Award. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and concentrates her practice in litigation. Ms. Braun is a member of the Order of Barristers and the American, New York State, Erie County and Women's bar associations.
           
Mr. Nisengard concentrates his practice in real estate law.   He received his J.D., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. While attending law school at the State University at Buffalo, Mr. Nisengard served as Articles Editor for the Buffalo Law Review. He is also a 2007 recipient of the Robert J. Connelly Trial Technique Award.  Admitted to practice law in the state of New York, Mr. Nisengard is a member of the Erie County and New York State bar associations.   He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Bethesda Community Development Corporation.
