Jamie J. Batt to Serve on the Ronald McDonald House Board of Directors

Jamie Batt is an associate in the Firm's Business & Corporate practice group, and concentrates her practice on business organization, contract drafting and mergers and acquisitions.  Ms. Batt also represents clients in the negotiation of oil and gas leases and wind energy leases. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Duquesne University and her M.B.A and J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a member of the Erie County, New York State and Women's Bar associations and is a mentor for the Bennett High School Law Magnet Program. Ms. Batt practices from the Firm's Buffalo office.
