Daniel P. Joyce Elected as Chapter Chair of the Upstate NY Chapter of AILA

            Mr. Joyce is a partner in the Firm's Immigration, International Business, Business & Corporate and Intellectual Property practice groups.  He concentrates his practice on all aspects of U.S. immigration and cross-border matters, including business visas, family visas, green cards, naturalization and waivers.  
           Mr. Joyce frequently lectures on cross-border issues and has served as a part-time faculty member at the University at Buffalo School of Management, teaching business law courses at both the undergraduate and graduate (MBA) levels.
            He received his B.A., from the University of Notre Dame, his M.B.A., with distinction and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Joyce practices from the Firm's Buffalo office and is admitted to practice in the state of New York and Pennsylvania.
