Sean P. Beiter to Present at Annual Public Employers Conference

Mr. Beiter is Administrator of the Firm's Labor and Employment practice group. His practice includes the representation of employers in collective bargaining, contract administration and employment discrimination law. He has experience representing employers in both Federal and State Court, as well as experience before the National Labor Relations Board, the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Human Rights Division, in disciplinary proceedings, and in contract grievance arbitration.

 

He received his B.A., magna cum laude from Canisius College and his J.D., cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Beiter is admitted to practice in the State of New York, U.S. District Court and the Western District of New York.

 

Mr. Beiter has lectured on several topics in the area of labor and employment law to various groups of employers. He is Vice-President of the Western New York Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association and a member of the Erie County Bar Association, and American Bar Association
