D'Angelo Joins Jaeckle Fleischmann As PartnerRelease Date: June 07, 2007 BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a law firm with offices in Buffalo, Amherst and Rochester, New York, and Phoenix, Arizona, is pleased to announce that Victoria L. D'Angelo has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Estates and Trusts practice group. Ms. D’Angelo has over twenty-six years experience counseling individuals and closely-held businesses in the areas of estate and trust planning, succession planning, estate and trust administration, real estate development and business law. Ms. D’Angelo is a frequent lecturer on estate and trust topics. She has presented for numerous organizations including the Estate Analysts of Western New York, the Financial Planning Association, the New York Bar Association, State University of New York at Buffalo Office of Planned Giving and various financial, accounting and community groups. She has served as an instructor for the estate planning portion of the Medaille College Certified Financial Planner (CFP) course. Ms. D’Angelo also served as Justice for the Village of Williamsville from 1992 to 2003. Ms. D’Angelo completed the New York State Clerkship Law Program and is admitted to practice law in New York State. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Trust and Estate Section of the New York State Bar Association, and is a Vice Chair of the Estate and Trust Administration Committee, is a member of the American, Erie County and Women’s Bar Associations, and serves on the Surrogate’s Court and Real Property Law Committees of the Erie County Bar Association. She is an officer and board member of the Rotary Club of Williamsville and Financial Planning Counselors. Ms. D'Angelo serves on the Strategic Planning Committee of the Amherst Museum and has been an officer or board member of several legal, financial, community and charitable organizations. Ms. D’Angelo is a past-recipient of the Business First of Buffalo Women Who Mean Business Award as well as various Rotary, Mentoring and Community Service Awards.
