The half-day forums are designed to bring together developers, real estate, municipal and economic development professionals to discuss incentive programs, recent trends and issues related to the state of development in Western New York. Projects completed in the Western New York area will be used as case studies, providing the back drop for discussions. The forums will kick-off with opening breakfast presentations by Matthew Enstice, Executive Director of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and Thomas Wilmot, Chairman of Wilmorite on the RIT Collegetown project in Buffalo and Rochester respectively. Concurrent panel discussions will follow with topics and panelists as detailed on page 2.
