The attorneys in our Health Care practice group provide comprehensive Federal, State and local counsel to a wide range of health care providers.

Our attorneys service individual physicians and physician groups, home health care providers, hospitals, nursing homes, medical products manufacturers and providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, and physician/hospital joint ventures. We advise on the effects of merging independent practices, including the impact of anti-trust laws, anti-referral acts, tax laws, general corporate laws, and policy issues embracing all of the above. We also assist with the establishment of MSOs and PHOs.

The Health Care practice group attorneys counsel large associations of physicians with respect to proposed state and national legislation. In addition, we provide counseling to health care insurers and providers on general corporate matters and insurance law issues that affect health care participants.
