Vincent Hanley Named to Catholic Health Continuing Care Foundation Board of Directors

BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm is pleased to announce that Vincent O. Hanley has been named to the Catholic Health Continuing Care Foundation Board of Directors

Mr. Hanley is a partner in the Firm's Business & Corporate, Real Estate, Economic & Land Development, and Financial Services practice groups, and represents owners, developers, lenders, and borrowers in sophisticated real estate transactions involving commercial and industrial properties. 

Mr. Hanley served on the Board of Trustees of Hilbert College from 2003 through 2012 and is a past Chair of the Board. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Society for Buffalo and Western New York.     Mr. Hanley received his B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Oswego, and his J.D., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Hanley has been named to the Woodward White list of Best Lawyers in America. He has also been listed in the Business First of Buffalo "Who's Who in Law."

The Catholic Health Continuing Care Foundation is responsible for raising funds and stewarding existing resources that support, improve, and promote a broad range of services and levels of care provided by the Catholic Health System’s Continuing Care and Home Care ministries.
The services supported by the Foundation include care for seniors in skilled nursing and adult homes, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapies that assist seniors in maintaining their independence at home.
