Mr. Battaglia is a partner in the Firm's
Tax and
Estates & Trusts practice groups. For over 30 years, he has concentrated his practice on taxation, tax exempt organizations, estate planning, corporate tax planning and international taxation. He is a frequent lecturer on tax law and serves as an assistant professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law where he teaches corporate tax law. Mr. Battaglia practices from the Firm's
Amherst office. Mr. Battaglia will present on "Alphabet Soup - S & C Corps."
Mr. Emmerling is a partner in the Firm's
Estates & Trusts practice group where he concentrates his practice in the area of estates and trusts, federal gift and estate taxation and elder law. He is also a certified public accountant and serves as an adjunct professor at
Canisius College. Mr. Emmerling is a member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations. He was listed in, Best Lawyers in America and practices from the Firm's
Amherst office. Mr. Emmerling will present on "Play Money- IRA Planning."
