William I. Schapiro serves as Senior Counsel in the Firm's Business and Corporate practice group. He serves as counsel to numerous publicly-and privately-owned business corporations located in Western New York and in other parts of the United States. He has been primarily active in the areas of securities and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and real estate and other investment companies.
