BUFFALO, NEW YORK - Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP is pleased to announce that Mitchell J. Banas, Jr. has been elected to serve in a leadership capacity as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Niagara Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts.

Mr. Banas has been elected to the council board and appointed Vice President of District Operations for the Council. He is a partner in the Firm's Litigation practice group and serves as a member of the Firm's Executive Committee.
