Christopher Ollinick Elected to Elmwood Village Association Board, 
Appointed Chair of the EVA Economic Development Committee

BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm is pleased to announce that Christopher N. Ollinick has been named to the Elmwood Village Association Board of Directors. He will also serve as Chair of the Association’s Economic Development Committee.

Mr. Ollinick is an associate in the Firm's Tax, Economic & Land Development and Affordable Housing practice groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Federal and State income tax, sales and use tax, and other miscellaneous taxes and, in addition to general tax planning and consulting, specializes in structuring real estate joint ventures and low-income housing tax credit partnerships; forming and organizing tax-exempt entities; counseling corporate and tax exempt entities on governance, fundraising, compliance, and tax issues; and assisting entities in economic development planning. Mr. Ollinick received his B.A. from Lafayette College and his J.D., cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
