Daniel J. Gocek Joins Jaeckle Fleischmann
BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm is pleased to announce that Daniel J. Gocek has joined the Firm as an associate in the Firm’s Tax and Employee Benefits Property practice groups.
Daniel J. Gocek will concentrate his practice in the areas of tax planning and consulting, including Federal, State, Partnership, and Corporate Taxation, as well as employee compensation and benefits matters, including executive compensation, pension, 401(k) and other qualified retirement plans.
Mr. Gocek earned his B.A., cum laude, from University of Rochester, his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is a winner of the Kingdon Moot Court Prize and the finalist for the James M. Shoemaker Jr. Moot Court Award as champion of the University of Virginia Lile Moot Court Competition. He is also a recipient of the University of Virginia’s Pro Bono Challenge Award. Mr. Gocek served as the Technology Editor for the Virginia Tax Review and Entertainment Editor for Virginia Law Weekly.
