Four Jaeckle Fleischmann Partners to Present at Tax Institute
 
            BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm announces that Patrick L. Emmerling, Raymond P. Reichert, Nicole R. Tzetzo and Paul A. Battaglia will serve as a presenters at the 57th anniversary of the Institute on Taxation, offered by the University at Buffalo School of Management on November 2 and 3, 2010.             Patrick Emmerling will co-present on Estate Planning with a Dysfunctional Congress.   He serves as the Administrator of the Firm's Employee Benefits, Estates and Trusts practice groups where he concentrates his practice in the area of estates and trusts, federal gift and estate taxation and elder law.    He is a graduate of the Leadership Buffalo program and currently serves as Treasurer of the WNY Planned Giving Consortium, Inc.      
            Raymond Reichert and Nicole Tzetzo will co-present on Current Partnership Developments and Transaction Planning. Mr. Reichert is a partner in the Firm's Tax practice group. He has devoted substantially his entire career to the practice of tax law, including federal and New York income tax, New York sales and use tax, and other miscellaneous taxes. His practice includes structuring real estate joint ventures, low income housing and historic tax credit partnerships, and economic development planning.   Ms. Tzetzo has extensive experience in tax and business matters including corporation and partnership formation, mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financing, as well as contract matters, including preparation and negotiation of transactional documents.  
                 Mr. Battaglia will present an update on S & C Corporations. He is a partner in the Firm's Tax practice group where he has engaged in tax practice for more than 30 years. He lectures frequently on tax law. He is presently an adjunct professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law where he teaches corporate tax law.
