GAYLE EAGAN AND MELINDA DISARE NAMED TO TOP UPSTATE LAWYER LIST

                     BUFFALO, NEW YORK - Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm, announces that Partners Gayle L. Eagan and Melinda G. Disare have been named to the List of Top 25 Women Lawyers by Super Lawyers magazine.  Published annually by Thomson Reuters, Super Lawyers is a rating service of attorneys from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

Melinda G. Disare concentrates her practice on labor & employment matters including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, wage and hour issues, employment discrimination and related issues. Ms. Disare serves on the Board of Trustees for D'Youville College and the Board of Directors for CCRC of Orchard Park, Inc. (d/b/a Fox Run). She also serves as Vice President of the Volunteer Lawyers Project of WNY. Ms. Disare earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from West Virginia University, and her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell University.

Gayle Eagan has concentrated her practice on estate planning, trusts and estate administration and litigation, surrogate's court practice, elder law (including guardianship proceedings) and adoptions for over 20 years. Her career has included several board appointed positions within the legal community including President of the Estate Analysts of Western New York and Past President of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Ms. Eagan holds a BA from Medaille College, an MS from Canisius College and a JD from the University at Buffalo Law School.
