Jaeckle Fleischmann Selects Avant Building for New Downtown Location

BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm, has completed its search for new office space and has selected the Avant Building, located at 200 Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo. The Firm has leased approximately 33,000 square feet in the building owned and operated by Uniland Development and will occupy the entire 9th floor as well as a portion of the 10th. A more efficient office layout provides a reduction in the space of 37,000 square feet that the Firm currently occupies in the Bank of America building. The office move is projected to take place in the second half of 2011. Cannon Design has been selected by Jaeckle to develop layout and design plans, furniture specifications and provide construction advisory services for the new offices.
