JAMES G. MEAGLEY JOINS JAECKLE FLEISCHMANN AS SPECIAL COUNSEL
 
            BUFFALO, NEW YORK - Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm announces that James G. Meagley has joined the Firm as Special Counsel. He will practice in the Firm's Immigration and International Business practice groups.  
            Mr. Meagley concentrates his practice on legal services related to cross-border business transactions.  He has over 30 years of experience with U.S. Immigration and customs matters, including assisting businesses with the employment of foreign national workers and the commercial importation of products.  

            Prior to joining Jaeckle Fleischmann, Mr. Meagley served as Partner at Hodgson Russ LLP, where he was a senior attorney working on immigration matters involving temporary and permanent work permits, employment eligibility and e-Verify programs.  His customs experience included resolving import trade issues relative to duty rate classification, valuation of goods, eligibility for NAFTA/free trade programs and export trade and licensing matters.

            Mr. Meagley earned his B.S. in Chemistry, cum laude, from St. Lawrence University and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. He will practice from the Firm's Buffalo office.
