Mary Hermans Elected to Taste of Buffalo Board of Directors

            Ms. Hermans is a paralegal in the Firm's Business and Corporate practice group.  She has experience in the formation, organization and maintenance of corporate entities, mergers and acquisitions, public record searches, preparation and filing of Uniform Commercial Code forms, drafting of exhibits and schedules for various transactional agreements and conducting due diligence in support of such transactions. She earned her M.B.A. from Saint Bonaventure University and her B.S. from Hilbert College.
