Matthew R. Palmieri Joins Jaeckle Fleischmann
BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm is pleased to announce that Matthew R. Palmieri has joined the Firm as an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate practice group.
Matthew R. Palmieri will concentrate his practice in a wide array of matters in the field of commercial real estate, including the negotiation of contracts, acquisition, financing and development of real estate, historic tax credits, low income housing tax credit transactions, leasing, construction contracts, real estate-related litigation and examination of title.
Mr. Palmieri received his B.S., cum laude, from Saint John Fisher College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Palmieri served as a Judicial Law Clerk for New York State Supreme Court Judge Hon. Joseph D. Valentino. He also served as Law Clerk and Program Administrator for People United for Sustainable Housing (PUSH Buffalo).
