Melinda Disare to Present on NYS Wage Theft Prevention Act

Melinda G. Disare is a Partner in the Firm's Labor and Employment practice group.  She concentrates her practice in the representation of public and private employers in connection with labor relations and employment issues including labor arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, as well as in wage and hour and employment discrimination matters.
