BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP is pleased to announce that partner Mitchell J. Banas, Jr. has been designated a Fellow by Litigation Counsel of America. An invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society, Litigation Counsel of America is limited to 3,500 attorneys who are selected and invited into Fellowship after being evaluated on effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.
Mitchell J. Banas, Jr. serves on the Jaeckle Fleischmann's executive committee and is a member of the Firm's Litigation and E-Discovery and Records Management practice groups. He has extensive experience in complex commercial and tort litigation of all varieties including breach of contract, construction, environmental, energy, antitrust, insurance, class action, civil rights and intellectual property litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants, including municipal entities. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Greater Niagara Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America, serving as Vice-President of District Operations.
