            BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm announces that Nicholas J. Hoffman has joined the Firm. Mr. Hoffman is an associate in the Firm's Business & Corporate practice group, and concentrates on general corporate matters, corporate financing, contract drafting and mergers and acquisitions.   

            Mr. Hoffman received his B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Geneseo, where he was a member of the Phi Sigma Alpha Society and the Golden Key International Honour Society. He earned his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Mr. Hoffman served as the Editor of the Buffalo Law Review and was a participant in the Herbert Wechsler National Moot Court Competition and the Albert R. Mugel National Tax Moot Court Competition. He is admitted to practice in New York State.

            Prior to joining Jaeckle Fleischmann, Mr. Hoffman served as a Law Clerk at the Buffalo Office of the New York State Attorney General. Mr. Hoffman previously served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, where he received numerous awards, including the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.
