Nicole R. Tzetzo to Present at Tax Institute

            BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm is pleased to announce that Nicole R. Tzetzo will present at the 59th anniversary of the Institute on Taxation, offered by the University at Buffalo School of Management on November 1 and 2, 2012.   Ms. Tzetzo will present an update on Federal and New York State tax law for Not for Profit Entities.  The event will take place at the Millennium Hotel in Buffalo, NY. A member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Tax practice group, Ms. Tzetzo has extensive experience in tax and business matters including corporation and partnership formation, mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financing, as well as contract matters, including preparation and negotiation of transactional documents. Ms. Tzetzo’s tax practice also extends to the not-for-profit sector where she provides counsel in connection with entity formation, board governance, regulatory compliance and establishment of foundations.  She received her B.S./B.A., cum laude, from Xavier University and her J.D., from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America.
