Nicole Tzetzo Named "40 Under 40" Award Recipient
 
                        BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm is pleased to announce that Partner Nicole Tzetzo has been has been selected as a "40 under 40" award recipient by Business First of Buffalo. Each year the business journal recognizes forty honorees under the age of forty for their outstanding levels of professional achievement and community involvement.

                        A member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Tax practice group, Ms. Tzetzo has extensive experience in tax and business matters including corporation and partnership formation, mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financing, as well as contract matters, including preparation and negotiation of transactional documents. She counsels individuals and closely-held businesses in the areas of estate planning, succession planning, and charitable remainder and life insurance trusts. She received her B.S./B.A., cum laude, from Xavier University and her J.D., from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America.   Ms. Tzetzo is a member of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association, the Trusts & Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the Erie County Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
