Patrick A. Quinlan Joins Jaeckle Fleischmann’s Intellectual Property Practice Group

BUFFALO, NEW YORK — Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm is pleased to announce that Patrick A. Quinlan has joined the Firm as an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice group.  Mr. Quinlan concentrates his practice in all areas of patent and trademark prosecution and litigation as well as validity and infringement opinions, licensing, terms and conditions and settlement agreements. 

Mr. Quinlan earned his J.D., M.S., and B.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Prior to pursuing his law degree, Mr. Quinlan served as a software engineer for Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he collaborated on the design and implementation of custom software applications used by the Department of Defense and NATO allies. Mr. Quinlan began his legal career at Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds, P.C. in Concord, Massachusetts.
