RALPH L. HALPERN NAMED TO MUSICALFARE THEATRE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
 
            BUFFALO, NEW YORK - Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm announces that Ralph L. Halpern was named to the Board of Directors for MusicalFare Theatre.   MusicalFare Theatre is a not-for-profit professional musical theatre company dedicated to bringing quality musical theatre to Western New York, and to becoming a significant regional theatre with national prominence by developing and presenting new musicals, new versions of traditional musicals and area premieres. 

            Mr. Halpern is senior counsel in the Firm's Business and Corporate, Financial Services and International Trade practice groups. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, administrative law, and general corporate law. Mr. Halpern has also litigated matters in the commercial field as well First Amendment rights and class actions. He has been counsel to public and private companies in a variety of fields including food, alcoholic beverages, insurance, waste management, steel and professional sports. Mr. Halpern has advised newspapers, and television and radio stations with respect to media concerns. Mr. Halpern has been a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Professional Ethics for the past 39 years and its Chairman from 1971 to 1976.  He is listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in World Jewry.  Mr. Halpern practices from the Firm's Buffalo office and has been active in numerous professional, civic and philanthropic organizations.
